These Terms of Service (TOS) define the rules of access to the luxilo.fr website and the conditions of use of the sourcing and brokerage services offered by Mr. Jean Marie KISCHENIN (Luxilo).

Luxilo acts as an international business facilitator. Services include supplier sourcing, factory audits, commercial negotiation, and logistics support. Luxilo is neither the final seller nor the manufacturer of the goods.

Access to the management platform and project tracking is strictly reserved for clients with a validated project file. Each client has a unique secure ID.

Luxilo selects partners carefully, but final responsibility for product compliance and delivery times remains with the chosen manufacturer.

Services are invoiced based on pre-accepted quotes. Payments follow the agreed schedule on the platform.

Luxilo collects and processes data necessary for managing sourcing missions. According to GDPR, you have the right to access and modify your personal data.

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be settled by the competent courts of Saint-Denis, Reunion Island.
